most problems can be sorted out by following  these simple procedures.

from time to time the severs need updating or repairing which can cause down time it is advised to wait an hour before continuing

whenever possible log out of your  app when not in use, the app  updates it self every time you log in, if you leave it loged in for long periods of time can result in the app not updating and can cause the app to malfunction.
